1. About this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Vendro Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on vendro.uk, related public pages, customer portal pages, checkout pages and support/administration surfaces where applicable.
It should be read with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They can help the website remember information, keep sessions secure, support checkout and understand how pages are used.
Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which store small pieces of information in your browser. They may be used for preferences, security, interface state or consent choices.
3. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for login, security, checkout, anti‑forgery protection, session handling and basic website operation.
- Security/session cookies: help maintain authenticated sessions and protect forms from misuse.
- Preference storage: remembers interface and cookie consent choices.
- Analytics/performance cookies: Google Analytics may be used where enabled and is loaded only after analytics consent.
- Marketing/advertising cookies: no marketing pixel was confirmed. Marketing preference is available but off by default.
- Third‑party cookies: Paddle or other payment providers may set cookies during hosted checkout/payment flows.
4. Strictly necessary cookies
Strictly necessary cookies and storage are needed for login/session management, security, anti‑forgery protection, checkout flow, customer portal access, support/admin portal features and, where applicable, load balancing or security controls.
These cookies do not require consent, but you can block them in your browser. Blocking them will prevent login, checkout, support forms, portal pages or secure form submission from working correctly.
5. Non-essential cookies
Analytics, performance, marketing and similar non‑essential cookies are only used where enabled and, where required, after consent.
The current public website consent banner stores your choice and does not load Google Analytics until analytics consent is accepted where Google Analytics is enabled. No new tracking tools have been added.

Paddle and other payment providers may set cookies when you enter their hosted checkout or payment flow. Those cookies are controlled by the provider’s own policies and may be necessary for secure payment processing, fraud prevention, tax handling and checkout completion.
No Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, chat widget or advertising pixel was confirmed.
8. How to manage cookies
When you first visit the public website, the cookie banner lets you accept all, reject non‑essential cookies, or manage preferences. Strictly necessary cookies are always on.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in our website footer or by clearing your browser cookies and refreshing the page to see the banner again. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, login, checkout, forms and security protections will not work correctly.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
Vendro may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you via a prominent notice on our website. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date or last‑updated date.
