"Building software that respects the people who use it every day — that is the commitment behind every line of code in Vendro."
— Kashif Majeed, Founder & CEO, Vendro Limited
Vendro was built from real business experience, not theory.
The Beginning
I spent 18+ years working with multinational companies in the Middle East, including organizations involved in hospital operations and medical education. I started from technical roles and eventually moved into leading IT teams.
Technology has always been both my profession and my passion. Over the years, I worked closely with systems, people, operations, reporting, compliance, and business processes. That experience showed me how much difference the right technology can make when it is built around real work, not just technical features.
The Other Side of Business
Later, I started my own retail clothing business with multiple branches. Fashion and clothing had always interested me, and building my own brand gave me the chance to experience business from the owner's side, not only from the technology side.
That journey changed the way I looked at software.
The Problem
Like many businesses, we tried different applications to manage our retail operations. Some were well known, some were expensive, and some looked impressive at first.
But in daily use, we kept facing the same problems.
Billing was complicated. Stock entry took too much staff time. Stock ledgers were difficult to trust. Financial reports were not easy to reconcile. Training new employees became a constant challenge, especially when staff changed. On top of that, the cost of running complex software became a real burden on the business.
I felt there had to be a better way.
The Decision
That is when I decided to build a system around how businesses actually work.
The goal was simple: create software that covers real business needs, keeps the flow easy to understand, reduces training pressure, and stays cost-effective for growing businesses.
What started as a solution for my own business slowly became something bigger. I realized that many business owners were facing the same problems in different industries: complicated systems, disconnected processes, heavy training, unclear reporting, and software costs that kept increasing.
That is how Vendro started.
The Mission
Vendro is still growing, improving, and becoming stronger every day. Our focus is to build practical business software that helps companies save time, reduce confusion, and operate with more control.
Today, Vendro is not just about retail. It is about building simple, reliable, and cost-effective technology for real business operations — from sales, inventory, CRM, and subscriptions to healthcare and future industry solutions.
I have always believed that we are citizens of planet Earth, and whatever we build should create value for others. Vendro carries that belief. It is not only about software; it is about making business technology simpler, more accessible, and less of a burden for the people who use it every day.
